Hi, I’m Ute Molitor
In her poem “Wild Geese,” Mary Oliver writes about letting the “soft animal of [our] body love what it loves” no matter what we have experienced, to open our heart to beauty and suffering, and to “take [our] place in the family of things.” My “place in the family of things” is to offer heartful presence using my gifts as a trained and trauma informed Craniosacral Therapist, Spiritual Companion, and Mindfulness Meditation teacher. I offer these approaches, individually or combined, with the hope that they will help you reconnect with your sense of belonging, wholeness, worth and calling on a spiritual, physical and emotional level.
I live with my spouse and our dog in beautiful coastal Camden, Maine, on the unceded ancestral lands of the Penobscot. I love spending time in the woods, getting creative with food and sharing a meal with friends. Reading, Qi Gong, watching soccer or movies, beating on drums or messing about with clay are among my other delights.
