Craniosacral Therapy and Touch of presence

CST and Touch of Presence are gentle, clothed, hand-on forms of body work. These practices can help regulate the nervous system, release potency trapped due to physical, spiritual or emotional injury, and improve our overall sense of well-being. I have studied functional as well as biodynamic approaches for CST which can include the use of technique.

Touch of Presence, as taught by Giorgia Milne, is a sublime biodynamic meditative approach which connects us with the deeper forces of life that create and sustain life within us and around us even more profoundly. This is deep and slow “yin” work outside of “fix it” mind which supports our body’s own inherent blueprint for health. Very deep shifts may occur without the use of technique. I find that this approach opens us to the physical experience of non-duality of which mystics across spiritual traditions have spoken for centuries.
